ANID was born in 2006, as the main organizational initiative of the top national and international developers and investors of Nicaragua to foster the realty sector in the country. Our main objectives are the following:

2. Promote and protect real property rights in Nicaragua.
3. Create, promote and support investment opportunities in Nicaragua.
4. Foster and support resolutions, under the rule of law, of property right

5. Work to improve the business environment for real estate investment in
Nicaragua.
6. Create, promote and support economically, environmentally and socially
responsible practices by members of the Association for the benefit of the
