ANID was founded in 2006 as the main organizational initiative of the top national and international developers and investors of Nicaragua to foster the realty sector in the country.

Our members are committed to Nicaragua and to the business of real estate development. Through our work, we have become active contributors to the economic and social development of this country.

We seek to be the main source of information, knowledge and support for developers and investors here in Nicaragua as a way to guide and inform them about the real estate development industry including key issues, goals and activities of interest and at the same time contribute to the development of Nicaragua's' social and economic situation by making the real estate industry powerful and profitable.
